What differentiates Zoho Connect from other similar products?

Zoho connect allow us to keep all other Zoho One apps well integrated, specially with tasks and inner coms for updating iterations details, reminders and also for discussing important ideas for further developments. The way that integrates social with tasks give us a certain feeling of inbound marketing but in real time, with real time supervision and follow ups.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The multi task panel which integrates tasks from other Zoho apps, such as CRM and Projects

What do you dislike most about this product?

That we can't integrate Zoho Books tasks

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Organize and prioritize your topics and areas of communication that need a constant feed of updates so your panels and reminders will reflect that needs in order to keep them clean and flowing

Easy to use and create task boards for any project with custom features

Easy to use tool and it is better than zoho projects in IMO

What differentiates Zoho Connect from other similar products?

It is a feature rich product, while other competitors have limited features. It is true that some of the competitors might excel at one or other feature due to that being their core competency, but Zoho Connects fairs reasonably well on all features it has - instant chat, forums, groups, shared files, intranet for company, etc.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Different collaborative tools that have their own pace, and thus one can use the tool that is best suited for a project's needs. Say, some project may need a project management type tool (for which Taks are there) while others could be temporary that need instant interactions like chats or forums. Zoho Connect has all options.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Sometimes the notifications get stuck.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is definitely worth trying if you are looking for a reliable communication tool for employees or teams.
