What differentiates Zoho Connect from other similar products?
I have only tried Asana, This gives the ability of a Facebook like wall for discussions & file & document management. These are most which I use for a Small to Medium organization.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
That would be the ability to customize stages of Task management under different boards.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The Home screen should have more intuitive widgets showing task rates & graphs of Boards & users instead of the basic Feeds & pending tasks. Especially for Team owners or admins. Also basic analytics available, whereas it can be greatly used as a tool to map performance of Employees.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Definitely go for it if going to use a task management tool to implement across different teams that seamlessly integrates with the whole Zoho package. I upgraded from Asana to this & found it better.

The ease with which you can start integrating third-party services and unifying them.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The speed with which we have the control panels available. The platform is very well organized, we don't have to ask support to get the options we need. The interface is very intuitive.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I would have liked to buy it much sooner
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Buy it together with zoho mail. It is the best integration that can exist
