What differentiates Zoho Connect from other similar products?

Zoho Connect provides almost all functionality that other task management software provides, intuitively, and at no additional cost if the broader Zoho eco-system is used (which includes nearly every piece of tech you'd need to run most businesses). Because of this, it integrates with the rest of the business seamlessly.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It's customizability, intuitiveness, integration and cost.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The depth of features and the integrations with the rest of the ecosystem could be richer.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Subscribe for the entire Zoho One suite, and then try Connect for a month. It is highly unlikely that it will disappoint.

What differentiates Zoho Connect from other similar products?

Actually we are using zoho connect for our daily basis of reporting and team collaboration as well as our organtization workspace for past 6 years

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The forums modul and feeds

What do you dislike most about this product?

The integration between zoho services need to be fixed (kinda pricey when it comes to webhooks only available on few subscription)

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Good platform for internal collaboration and productivity
