What differentiates Zoho Connect from other similar products?

Zoho Connect can be customized as your virtual office. You can set up departments, groups, and tasks, create company manuals, communicate, and even integrate external sites you use daily to open within the platform. It is superior. We transferred to Connect from Microsoft Teams.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Task Management. I like how you can categorize tasks on boards within a group or department and set timers on each of the tasks.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Sometimes you add a new tab, and the website/page does not open in Connect.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I will tell them that it is the best platform to organize your brick-and-mortar online, or if your team works remotely and you need a platform to set up as a virtual office for your team to work and communicate in real-time, I would say Zoho Connect is the best choice. It also has lots of 3rd party integrations as well.
