I have not used similar products before.

It gives us an opportunity to get notification from our customers as soon as they appear and consider their opinions.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I have nothing to dislike from this great product.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

For an organization to have close relationship with their clients and get quick returns on investment I highly recommend Zoho CRM.
