This is the most powerful client relationship management product.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It gives us real time trends on the progress of the market of our products and how clients are raising concerns.

What do you dislike most about this product?

This is good product and it has effectively performed good work in our organization.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

For better client relationship and communication channels I totally recommend Zoho CRM.

I have no experience from other similar products.

I like that fact that this product monitors the pipeline of our sales and how our clients are raising concerns of our products and services.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I have not seen any negative side of this great tool since I started using it.

I highly recommend this great platform to any company for for faster growth and excellent marketing channels.
