What differentiates Zoho CRM from other similar products?

Zoho Crm takes advantage of the multiplicity of information channels to acquire information from potential customers which will manage and focus your efforts on building solid relationships to effectively realize business opportunities. The tool allows you to import databases of potential customers either by means of databases in plain text format csv or from other sources or CRM applications in order to organize and segment them according to the desired criteria and business model.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

One of the most striking features of the platform is the implementation of Artificial Intelligence as a virtual assistant that facilitates the business process seen from the client side or in the console to automatically generate reports and thus avoid the generation of cumbersome reports. It is very striking that this assistant accepts text and voice commands and recognizes specific functions and tasks.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There is significant variation in the functions that each license offers, for specific tasks and considerable number of users, enterprise or superior plans are recommended, although it depends on the business model and the implementation that will be given to the product.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

By having tools that optimize the processes of forecasting and closing sales, contact and qualification of leads, feedback in sales channels which leads to a very high percentage of success in our business unit, with that we guarantee that our organization is heading to the achievement of very attractive results; for this and many reasons I recommend ZOHO CRM which will provide tools that can be modeled according to own criteria for the achievement of results.

What differentiates Zoho CRM from other similar products?

It is ideal for small and medium sized companies as it easily adjusts to their business model and nature; points to highlight are the ease of use and deployment which does not require deep knowledge on the subject to implement the tool, the user interface is extremely simple but without losing professionalism, always showing and highlighting the activities that require more focus and attention by our marketing group in addition to the organization of activities such as reminders, sending mailings to potential customers.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The tool provides flexibility of mobility without compromising control over our business, all this through its mobile application in which you can perform almost the same management and analysis as the traditional web option, provides options such as appointment management in your calendar, viewing of potential customers, analysis of metrics of closed sales, etc..

What do you dislike most about this product?

As with all software, the best and most powerful functions are determined by the type of license purchased, so a balance must be made in order to determine the type of product needed, since this determines functions such as database size or accepted records, mail marketing functions, ZIA virtual advisor, which greatly facilitate the management of customer relationships.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Without a doubt I recommend the use of CRM applications as this saves time in operational management that these software perform efficiently, in turn ensure the control and analysis of the business process; then based on the above mentioned I suggest a thorough analysis of the needs and budget of the organization to determine the type of license because with this we can know if you take full advantage of its functions or if on the contrary this is wasting the potential of this.

What differentiates Zoho CRM from other similar products?

Zoho CRM platform performs in a comprehensive way the management of potential business opportunities based on powerful and complex algorithms whose information captured in specific reports guide the way forward to the marketing team and focus efforts to achieve the desired transaction. It also has differences with other similar products such as its mail marketing platform which offers the possibility of sending up to 1000 emails per day as a limit and in other platforms that number is much lower. The adaptability to mobile environments is very striking and the features do not reduce its potential.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The extensive range of functionalities it provides is something to highlight, whether in B2B or B2C business models, its analysis system focuses on detecting potential customers and analyzing needs and trends in order to automatically assign the right people to achieve the business in an effective way. It also has a powerful tracking tool with integration in social networks such as Facebook, Linkedin, Twitter that provides useful information about tastes and needs of a lead.

What do you dislike most about this product?

At the moment and based on the implementation that has been given to the tool in our organization I have no negative aspects, so far it fully complies with the functions for which it is developed.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

As a support to the marketing department and customer management tool is undoubtedly one of the best currently on the market, its ability to detect potential new business opportunities optimize the commercial work of any organization, of course, also based on a customization and configuration of specific parameters for the platform to deliver its full potential, ie, the human factor is undoubtedly preponderant.
