It is faster than others, page loads so quick, we can easily change the status of any active lead without even opening it.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I personally love the user interface and the amount of customizations we can do.
What do you dislike most about this product?
There is nothing that anybody could ever dislike about this product!

What differentiates Zoho CRM from other similar products?
I had a chance to use Zoho for the lead management on our Contact Us page, it was an easy to use software where you would see all of the inquiries so reps could respond to.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Management of the leads that came in and the dashboard that you can personalize. You can easily sort the opportunities that were created.
What do you dislike most about this product?
the access - though it may have something to do with the limited access if you are only a user compared to an administrative access.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would recommend Zoho as a CRM if they are looking for cost-effective CRM that would still do the work.

The reporting functionalities could be more robust. While the existing reporting tools provide essential insights, a more advanced analytics suite would be beneficial
