It provides top-notch features for managing customer relations, enabling comprehensive tracking of everything from one centralized location. It is truly customer-centric.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect is the interactive dashboards.

I have yet to encounter any aspects that I find displeasing.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Highly recommended! I've also used Zoho People and Zoho Payroll, and they are equally impressive!

At the end of the day, any CRM is most effective, when you are able to view & analyze data properly. In Zoho CRM, the Report Management is so user friendly that you can use it precisely..

What do you dislike most about this product?

At some places: 1) Sales Team is not as good as the product 2) User interface can be more User Friendly

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Take a Demo, use the product yourself first (process upto the reports creation and templates). Compare the same with others. Then take a call
