What differentiates Zoho CRM from other similar products?

It provides us with a section for all our customer data, from quotes, contracts, final information for our operations team. It has generated a streamlining in our communications between departments when it comes to customers, we use Zoho in the CRM and in the sales management of our commercial process. The useful point is to make it easier to track processes and minimize the risks of error.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Something we should highlight as a company is the organized customer information thanks to this software that is easy to implement in all departments and integrates well with other Zoho products having an excellent management of: leads, contacts, performance and sales training management and a complete view of everything related to our customers and prospects.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Because it asks for a license fee for the case module in all versions it prevents growth for small businesses, the module is very useful but its investment is a cost on a larger scale, we would like that many functions are available to the public because the platform has many modules to pay and that the storage of data and files is more space.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Zoho CRM has helped us to keep in touch with our customers and potential customers on a daily basis. That was our biggest problem before. It allows us from anywhere to get real time updates on the projects we are associated with. From the sales rep to the operations manager, they can see where the project is in the process at any time. Completely reliable.

What differentiates Zoho CRM from other similar products?

Zoho CRM's case and solution functionality gives you the peripeteia to refine the customer support process across distribution and enable better unification between sales and customer support methods in a single system.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

A good CRM empowers the modules and the companies that use it. An insightful CRM gives you the information you require in a way that you can use it, offers you a solution to facilitate your processes from day one, ideally in an enterprise-ready package, supports data processing of sales activities, processes and administrative responsibilities to improve the sales effectiveness of sales professionals, helps you achieve seamless unification between actions in a single application. Similarly, you can also track the procurement of goods or services from the list of preferred suppliers.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I find it a bit unnecessary that every time you log in you are asked to provide a phone number, just like the support is sometimes delayed; it lacks a better interface design, It is continually observed that some of the users who make use of the tool, ignore new program updates in the notifications for being something not so timely or striking and this generates loss in the transmission of information and continuity in the processes that are managed.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Zoho CRM is one of the most popular in the market. The lower level pricing methods are the best for SMBs. In contrast to other platforms, the platform helps sales leaders; it has everything you need to sell. It is more satisfying to sell when you have it to streamline and simplifies the entire sales process. Zoho is ideal for startups and future businesses as it also offers free printouts of CRM software to get people used to CRM packages.

Zoho CRM helps us increase the sales flow

What differentiates Zoho CRM from other similar products?

Previously we had problems to close deals, but now with this great platform we have increased our sales flow thus increasing the efficiency of our company. Another problem we had was communication with our customers that was very limited but now we can communicate with them through different channels. We no longer have problems with client tracking, which is now much easier to perform.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

What we like most about this platform is its good management for sales that significantly increases the flow of them. Another point in its favor is that you can send templates by email with integration with software mailing. Its management for budgets is always correct, thus avoiding errors. This is another thing that we like.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It's slow if you do not have a broadband internet connection and a team of at least mid-range. Your financial CRM features do not have a tool to do asset management or a tool to perform cost tracking. Your customer experience features do not have options to carry survey management.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Zoho is our CRM and we use it to track our leads. It is a business CRM software that enables communication and emailing. It helps us manage our business and customers, including billing, inventory, customer desktop and reporting. Easy to integrate and customize; I love its dashboard, which brings all the data together and automates sales workflow paths. In addition, the Zoho CRM mobile app provides quick access to contacts, leads, business and accounts.
