What differentiates Zoho CRM from other similar products?
Single consolidate Dashboard with relevant info is the differentiate feature with Zoho CRM that we like a lot.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Analytics that show various touchpoints with customers. It is very informative and gives very relevant information about interaction points.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The AI Assistant (Zia) can be improved for better predictions. But yes, the more we use it, the more it gives good predictions.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Overall, this CRM is feature-rich and has a lot of capabilities that can help businesses to achieve their goal and scale up.

What differentiates Zoho CRM from other similar products?
Zoho offers Wide range of Reports at a much lessor price as Compared to the other big names.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It Creates A entire a Sales process for you right from scratch. I Can track my Prospects and Send Email to them, follow up etc. I can even know whether they have opened my mail or Not. Interface is quite User friendly and highly Customizable.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Support team is good but it is not upto the Mark.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Zoho CRM offers much values at a lesser price as compared to other CRM
