What differentiates Zoho CRM from other similar products?

It’s really flexible, you can customize it to fit different business needs, whether you're a small startup or a growing company. I also like that it brings together sales, marketing, and customer support in one place, so it’s easier to keep everything connected and organized. Plus, the integration with other Zoho apps and third-party tools gives it an extra edge.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect of Zoho CRM is how easy it is to customize and automate tasks. Whether it’s setting up workflows, automating follow-ups, or tailoring fields to match the sales process, it really helps save time and keeps things organized. It feels like the system adapts to you, not the other way around—which makes a big difference in day-to-day work.

What do you dislike most about this product?

What I dislike most about Zoho CRM is that the user interface can feel a bit overwhelming at first, especially for new users. There are so many features and settings that it takes some time to get fully comfortable. Also, occasional lags or glitches can happen when switching between modules or during peak usage—but overall, these are manageable once you get used to the system.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
