Affordable software but not an integrated CRM

What differentiates Zoho CRM from other similar products?
Zoho is very similar to the other basic CRM softwarw out there. It is more comprehensive than Monday.com but poorer in many features than HubSpot.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Thw fact that it is affordable.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The interface is not very intuitive and it lacks marketing automation tool.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you are looking for a project management tool that provides space and colaboration features for the entire team, then this is perfect.

What differentiates Zoho CRM from other similar products?
To win customers and keep their information on file, you can utilize Zoho CRM, an all-in-one customer relationship management tool that works with all popular communication methods. In addition, we may offer our clients the ability to produce their own quotes. Actually, this is the issue that customer relationship management software was designed to address.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
One of Zoho CRM's strongest points is the ease with which it may be integrated with other platforms and software. Zoho CRM also provides a wide variety of channels for interacting with clients.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The price and overall quality of the service may be enhanced. It's also true that there's nothing I've ever wanted to do but have been unable to. More reasonable pricing and a better user experience would be fantastic.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
As a corporate sales representative, Zoho has made it simple for me to stay in touch with all of our clients and to monitor the accounts assigned to me on a regular basis.

What differentiates Zoho CRM from other similar products?
Zoho CRM is extremely powerful! The list of features and capabilities is endless Everyday I learn something new or about a new vendor attachment that takes Zoho CRM to the next level. When you use the Zoho One system, which includes Zoho CRM plus over 20 other applications, you start to realize this product is about to make your business life so much easier!
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The ability to manage leads and quickly communicate with them by a single push of a button.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I really don't have any dislikes other than it could use more formula fields in the customization of templates along with the ability to use a formula field in the calculation of another formula field.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Make sure you get Zoho One! The CRM is powerful and does everything you need but the Zoho One Suite will take you to the next level. Website, Social media, scheduling meetings, bookings, invoicing, etc. The list is endless! Plus they are constantly adding new apps every year!
