What differentiates Zoho CRM from other similar products?

I have used a lot of CRM products but ZOHO has a lot of features and customizable options which recent CRM lacks. Zoho CRM doesn't have the best UI in the market but it works well. I am disappointed with their apps, but when it comes to web interfaces it works like charm. The best part is you can design the blueprints of workflows with proper integration, so I would recommend anyone who is thinking about purchasing Zoho CRM, please hire a expert so they can build the buleprint or it will be a hassle to make those workflow blueprints.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Functionality, workflow creation, API integration and many more. The best part is they got the unlimited functionality which can be edited. No limitations, no hassle.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I think they should change the UI of all the products they have added. With a proper smart minimalist UI can make things smart for the novice users.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would 100% recommend it to the SMBs cause it will help with the workflows and cut out the useless time. It will save your time and money. Any organization with the complex workflow can implement Zoho CRM for greater good.

Love the CRM - took me a while to learn it all.

What differentiates Zoho CRM from other similar products?

I like their easy access to tech support and questions answered quickly. I have limited experience with CRMS, but this one has everything I could want or need, with easy to understand fields and explanations. I love that when I travel, I can navigate it just as easily in the app as on my desktop back in my office.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I find it very user friendly and easy to navigate on my cell phone while I'm traveling!

What do you dislike most about this product?

The learning curve to understand everything it does. Not easy to just jump in and start using.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

As a solopreneur, with a LOT on my plate, I found it very helpful to hire someone who already works for me in my business and understands it, who is familiar with the software, to import the information for me, teach me quickly what parts of it matter to my business model, teach my sales person how to use it, and be available as I have questions. It kept me from having to learn everything. I can have a basic understand as the boss for my own access, but hired the duties out to someone else. Because the business is just me and contracted employees, I don't have an IT department.
