What differentiates Zoho CRM from other similar products?

It offers a similar suite to google but includes additional tools for sales and finance which other software suites don't have.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I enjoy the privacy aspects about zoho, they put the customer first and respect their security needs as well.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I dislike how some of their products have old and not so user friendly UI and UX. It would be amazing if all of zohos tools would stand up to the competition while offering the same core features for example with their mail product or sheets (excel competitor)

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I'd highly recommend dokng a small rollout of zoho before going all in. Essentially, set it up for yourself and one colleague and then compare the toolkit to your existing ones before rolling out further.

What differentiates Zoho CRM from other similar products?

As we just started to automate our processes for CRM, we needed something that we could grow gradually without needing customized training and customizable dashboards. We needed an easy follow-through from start to finish. We also only needed ONE user now, so we didn't need a pricey, complicated system.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

We have a WordPress site....and zoho so easily integrated into the site - no bridge product needed, no necessary for a programmer, and all the forms on the site easily populated to be able to begin a customer list for follow-through and to start email campaigns.

What do you dislike most about this product?

so far, this has satisfied my needs. However, before choosing it, I did notice that other users have complained that the customer service team was lacking. I did not need support, so I can't comment on that aspect of my experience.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

When you're choosing a CRM there are some things to think about: 1. What is the end user's technical experience? With limited experience, choose a product that's "plug and Play"....like Zoho 2. How many users do you need? What is your budget? 3. It's a fraction of the price of salesforce, and for our needs, it does everything we need it to do. Faster and easier.

What differentiates Zoho CRM from other similar products?

Zoho has one stop solutions i.e LMS, Requirement Tracking, Vault, Task management etc many useful features for the daily routine operations. Useful reporting's too.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Task Management with Billable and non-billable, LMS & Vault are favorite aspect of this product.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Nothing for now. Everything is as per expectations.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is one stop solutions for small, medium level organization I feel. And if very well managed with more customization in case if require which specific to the requirement of different nature of organization than this product is best match which will meet their requirement.
