There are so many apps available with Zoho and Zoho CRM that integrate well.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The number of apps and ease of use with the products.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Integration with third-party apps is not great and could use improvement.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would recommend getting the entire Zoho one suite.

What differentiates Zoho CRM from other similar products?

Pricing, support, and the usability of the ZOHO software helped us to utilize the team's capability even during those difficult times, and we are still using that software even though we are working from the office right now because we discovered that using those tools helps us to deliver better results by reducing a lot of manual work in tracking and communications.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Pricing, support, and the usability of the ZOHO software helped us to utilize the team's capability even during those difficult times, and we are still using that software even though we are working from the office right now because we discovered that using those tools helps us to deliver better results by reducing a lot of manual work in tracking and communications.

What do you dislike most about this product?

They should provide one demo plan or starter plan that anyone can try and use for free for a few days, and only if they find it useful or suited to their company's needs should they be willing to pay for it.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

To utilize ZOHO, don't seek reviews or suggestions. I made the same mistake and wasted nearly two months trying to make a decision and obtain approval from my hierarchy. Simply use it, and I am confident you will be surprised by the depth of the ZOHO products.

interface that is easy to use. Automated sales, finance, and marketing. custom work processes Simple module import and export. different and adaptable reporting forms.

What do you dislike most about this product?

They must work on the sales enablement section and marketing modules. It is possible to simplify customization at the user level. Some tuning is required for the mobile application.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

With tasks, we can keep track of client requirements. Mass emailing is fantastic.
