I have no experience from similar products.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like this product because it has enabled us to use the right channels for connecting to our customers. All our social media platforms are effectively managed and we can get notifications instantly when clients commend on our products and services.
What do you dislike most about this product?
This product has never failed us in any day since we started using it in our organization.

What differentiates Zoho CRM from other similar products?
The most benefit of Zoho is customers' support in this product. The cost is very nominal to use it with compare to functionality.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It is very useful for small businesses with a low budget it is providing great service. There are many functionalities that cover customer service, marketing, inventory management.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Almost all the functionalities are cover in Zoho, but it is required to add some more reliable and smooth work while importing the data to zoho.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you are starting with a small business and need management of customers, employees, marketing then it is the best software to use.

The following features are amazing in Zoho CRM are: - Organizing data is very easy to use. - Client management and Opportunity management.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The below some points that I don't like in Zoho CRM: - Lack or Delay in customer support. - Hard to set up and management initially.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It is great for high level CRM, but I use for my small business and it is very easy to use, customize and implement so I highly recommend you to use Zoho CRM for your small business as well as large scale business or projects.
