What differentiates Zoho Desk from other similar products?

Although there are better known and more used solutions, Zoho Desk has a more modern interface with many interesting options and features that make it more attractive and at a much more affordable price.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

We like its multiple functions, it has many, it has a very well designed and distributed dashboard, it improves and encourages relationships with clients as well as collaboration between co-workers, easy to create customizations at your fingertips, The price is generally more lower than any comparable product or service.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The workflow is sometimes not intuitive.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you need a functional and affordable general purpose help desk platform, Zoho Desk is your best bet. Your product is fast and does what you ask it to do.
