The email features like bulk reply, bulk closure and ability to assign mails to individuals who last responded to a mail, thereby creating ownership

The reporting is not robust and kind of give a wrong figure that could sometime be misleading

Ensure you work with a third party that can integrate the application with your core business application and ensure you connect to other reporting platforms to ensure you can customize your report.

The multichannel support system. It allows business to manage customer interaction across email, social media, live chart and phone.

What do you dislike most about this product?

For the users who are using it for the first time. The advance features are only available in higher plans which may be difficult for small teams.
