What differentiates Zoho Expense from other similar products?

This is a great product which allows you to track expenses in a single view, shows duplicated charges, and its approval settings really help improve the expending culture in the company. In addition, has a Free Plan for us as we are on ZOHO One plan.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I love how easy it is to capture receipts and expenses and that it links up to my Zoho Books so it only needs to be captured once. I love the approval feature for employees and the reimbursements too - it just makes admin much easier.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I just found that the jargon of the software was not that straightforward. I ended up with a problem on my main Zoho Books because of logging the receipts incorrectly and some were duplicated which caused some confusion.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Setting aside the minor inconvenience regarding the Chart of Accounts, the rest of the program is 100% accurate, 100% of the time. I have had zero downtime with this program and trust the information to be consistently accurate.

What differentiates Zoho Expense from other similar products?

I really love the ease of use. The mobile app is just excellent. I select multiple photos in the gallery and push it to the expense and it scans and autofill all the fields. I just need to review it, fill in the comment for the expense and submit it. Makes my life a million times better,

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Love the mobile app. It also has a browser, but I am so used to the mobile app, can't think of using a browser for submitting my expenses. Multi select the photos and send them for auto-scan; it does everything for you.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Honestly, nothing that I can think of. I have been using it day in day out for the last 8 months on my official trip and its just seamless.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Just go for it, the UI is simple and really really user friendly. No excess drama, just need an app that makes your life easier.
