If we had to pick one thing to dislike about this product, it would be that when making the reports, we found it unclear that it was only a filter of the entire dataset and not a separate account we could save. We ultimately lost important information by establishing monthly reports, deleting the data from the form, and then discovering that the report's data was lost.

I love the connectivity of all the Zoho products and love the ability to connect with other products outside the Zoho suite. Zoho forms allows me to collect data from user, generate leads for various real estate needs, create landing pages, squeeze pages and then have all this information synced with my CRM.

The connectivity of the Zoho Forms to all the other Zoho products! Having a form is nice but having a form that can sync to a crm, create an esign form, send an email, create a social media post, etc. That is a tool you learn to lean on.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I wish formulas could use other formulas for calculations, plus a little more customization on the template side.

Get Zoho Forms along with the Zoho One Suite and you will never need another tool to run your business! Its the magic in a box type system. Perfect for any business!
