What is your favorite aspect of this product?

What I like the most about Zoho Forms is the great variety of pre-designed templates that it offers, these templates really save a lot of work time and allow each form to obtain a perfect design and a perfect order of the information. The second feature that I like about Zoho Forms is that it has an excellent ability to create from the cell phone, it offers me a perfectly optimized application capable of helping me create forms with the same experience that it offers me in its version for computers, I can do all kinds of design changes and I can organize the information in the same way.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I do not have a complaint about the operation of Zoho Forms since it has always been a completely fluid platform and it has helped me a lot to build a space for receiving information from all clients, however, one feature that should be improved is at the time of insert an image in the form, Zoho Forms limits the size of the inserted images, up to a maximum of 500 pixels per image, but, I wish there were no limits, to be able to insert images with higher quality and larger, to all my forms, it would be a much better experience for me.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

One of my reasons why I would recommend Zoho Forms is because I consider that there is no simpler platform to create forms than this, it offers an easy-to-use system which allows forms to be completed in a few minutes. Another of my reasons why I would recommend this platform is that it is quite fast for receiving the responses of the forms that are sent to clients, this is a perfect solution for those companies that want to speed up the process of obtaining information. Zoho Forms is easy to use and quickly retrieves customer information, it is a perfect solution.

Zoho Forms is a fantastic platform for creating and editing all kinds of forms, it allows a unique form creation, which helps in collecting data quickly from customers. I consider that this platform unlike other specialized forms creation, Zoho Forms offers me greater benefits by operating in a totally stable network where I can quickly share my forms with the help of the synchronization of Zoho services. It's great to be able to manage my forms thanks to this service synchronization.

What I like the most about Zoho Forms is that I have at my disposal a wide variety of templates that help me provide a better design to all the forms that I am making, in this way I can better organize all my information and create a more optimized form . Another thing I like about Zoho Forms is that I have the ability to receive responses from my clients in less time, compared to other platforms that took a long time to process responses.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Currently, I have not had any problem with the use of Zoho Forms, it has allowed me to create and manage all kinds of forms in record time and has managed to offer better forms to my clients. I am satisfied with the results and I hope to continue having this great expectation of this platform.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would recommend that any company use Zoho Forms only if they also have other Zoho Forms services integrated into their work area, because in this way they will get the most out of its functionalities and will achieve a perfect sharing of forms towards other services of Zoho. I also think that a good reason to start using Zoho Forms is that it offers extremely easy form creation, which saves a lot of work time.

What differentiates Zoho Forms from other similar products?

It has many more functions than the free version of Google forms, including this platform allows me to rent forms to my clients at a small cost.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

There is no doubt that Zoho Forms can help from the creation of forms for records, such as reporting forms about a problem or a form that allows to keep the client or user informed of any news or something that interests them. It is customizable and forms can be placed on almost any preferred website. It has a good form builder that helps the user to create more autonomously.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I have no problem with this platform, it is just almost perfect. The only downside would be the free version, which is too limited and costs a bit high.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

With Zoho Froms we have had better contact with customers, allowing us to have better communication with the suggestions that come to us through the forms. Not only that but it is also a very good complete tool that can be used in almost any type of company and that the forms can be included in almost any website.
