Zoho Marketing Plus stands out by offering a unified platform for email, social, SMS, webinars, and more—all in one place. Unlike other tools that require multiple integrations, it gives a seamless workflow for planning, executing, and analyzing campaigns. Plus, the collaboration features make it great for teams.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect is the all-in-one dashboard—it lets me manage campaigns across channels without switching tools.

What do you dislike most about this product?

If I had to choose one area for improvement, it would be streamlining the initial setup—there’s a lot of functionality, so it takes a little time to explore everything.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I’d recommend taking full advantage of the integrated tools—email, social, SMS, and more—all in one place. Also, explore the automation features early on to save time and boost efficiency.
