What differentiates Zoho Meeting from other similar products?

Zoho Meeting is a nice and recommendable webinar application that has everything you need. I like the ability to run webinar so easily and enable me to set up the parameters of the webinar including an invitation, registration form and a thank you email at the end of the webinar.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Zoho Meeting covers almost everything that is needed for an online meeting platform. It is super easy and fast to send out invites and start meetings. Also, i like the calendar integration with outlook and the reoccurring meeting function. It is much more user-friendly and any beginner can use all of its features easily.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Sometimes when you try to copy paste anything into the chat box during the meeting, it doesn't work at all.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

An advanced and excellent tool for webinars and easy integration. I must recommend it.

This application is unique in comparison to others because of its low cost and easy to use interface.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The door to the call is wide open. Webinars and video conferencing may be arranged, and they're both simple to set up and participate in. Zoho Meeting's base plan is reasonably priced and provides all the features you'll need for a successful conference call. The clarity is fine, and it improves with speedy wifi. We have never had anything less than excellent customer service. They will stick around until you have everything in place.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I really need a recording option since I have important phone conversations that I have missed. Unfortunately, not as many people use or have access to Zoho Meeting as do the more ubiquitous online meeting services.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

For those who prefer not to utilize complex programs like Zoom for their video conferences, this is a great option.

This service is available to anyone who is having trouble with something relating to their job. As a result, efficiency, transparency, and output across the board are boosted for everyone in the company. The assistance gained by being able to share a computer's display was significant. When there is a big meeting, stability becomes a concern. There is no reliable free alternative, so you'll need to spring for the full-price version.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

We will be able to have online meetings and facilitate better interdepartmental communication with the help of Zoho Meeting. Customers who have further inquiries regarding our offerings can also get answers to their technical concerns this way. It's flexible and easy to implement in different scenarios.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Weak connection and unattractive user interface. Inadequate high-definition video (HD) support is a common problem in online meetings and webinars. When participating in a single video conference, the service does not provide tools for managing users or meetings.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The best way to take advantage of it is to pair it with Zoho Bookings or another compatible Zoho Product. Since we only use Zoho for our booking needs, I can't say how it works with other services. It's also incredibly handy to be able to start short internal meetings from within Zoho Cliq, Mail, or other applications.
