What is your favorite aspect of this product?

As a recruitment charge, I frequently communicate with customers and other branch staff or managers. Zoho has always been at my side in this formal setting. Compared to other programs that provide Business Platform services, Zoho is a fantastic substitute. Since there is a reasonably flat learning curve and most users understand it immediately, using Zoho has been simple. Its simplicity of usage is its best quality, in my opinion.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I believe that this lacks the in-advance procurement that is required is present because there are more advanced and very trustworthy instruments available. Personally, I don't think it is amusing because it's simply a web-based tool; there needs to be a desktop version as well.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Overall, working with Zoho has been positive, especially with the Meeting App, which took full charge of our online seminars. It has provided remote support—especially during a pandemic when everyone is working from home but still feels connected. A conference call can be started online in seconds, allowing you to share your screen and present.

The design of this tool is different and stands out from the others due to the easy understanding of its platform for employees and the communication of the company that this translates into more productivity.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect is how intuitive this tool is and all the recommendations it raises to make everything much more organized for communication. such as default messages and automatic messages depending on the question.

I have nothing negative to say about this tool because it has only brought benefits to employees and the organization of the company.

I recommend trying it if you have the opportunity to see for yourself the qualities of this tool and its intuitive way of helping the user in everything.

What differentiates Zoho Meeting from other similar products?

Compared to Zoom and Microsoft Teams, it is also the easiest to learn and utilize on your own without needing technical help. The fact that we are a software development firm means that we need to have frequent meetings and do it in a way that is both efficient and painless.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I appreciate the platform's superior video and audio quality. I like the end-to-end encryption and lack of worry about a secure meeting environment that the Zoho meeting platform's security offers the best. Simple to join or arrange a meeting. Its user-friendly nature ensures that it will meet all expectations with just a single click. At least for me, there was never any latency regarding audio or video quality.

What do you dislike most about this product?

What I don't like is that it has higher internet bandwidth requirements than other apps, which might lead to occasional hiccups when using less-than-ideal connections. Videos often skip or freeze during meetings, despite the audio continuing to play usually. I wouldn't say I like the technical support offered by this meeting platform.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

For improved group communication and presentation, I suggest using Zoho Meeting, which is compatible with Zoho Chat and Zoho Show. I can solve several issues with the aid of Zoho Meeting, most of which are associated with online virtual meetings, video conferencing, audio conferencing, messaging, and file sharing.
