What is your favorite aspect of this product?

When a company or any organization host an online meeting of any sort, this is very important that your audience (tech friendly and non-tech friendly) have lesser issues so that they can focus more on what is the agenda. With Zoho meetings we are sure that nobody – even non-tech people – doesn’t face much struggle to join the meetings and use it in one go. It is super user-friendly and we like that about it.

What do you dislike most about this product?

We have purchased a plan that is suitable for our business but still, when we host webinars, they are billed according to per hour and with many other factors separately. We do wish that they could make it a wholesome package that will be economical. Also, a huge disappointment is that it is not available on phone and this is your phone generation era.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

There is one very important factor that you must consider, it is privacy. Surely the online systems helps us with our everyday tasks, but privacy and security is another level of concern for every company and we enjoy that at Zoho meetings, it is affordable and suit needs of all types of organizations.

People were reluctant to share their private data on online steaming and were diffident about their security. Zoho meeting clear all the doubt security concern and secure their system from all kind of hacking and malware attack and make the data of its client sealed.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Zoho meeting is only usable for up to 50 members. The Zoho meeting allow the moderator to share his screen with a limited number of people. Zoho teams are working to expand their limits and allow more people to collaborate.
