What differentiates Zoho Meeting from other similar products?

The software provides high quality of audio content sharing and communication. The application is compatible to multiple software. This makes it in the reach of masses. The user anywhere can access the tools of the software. It is very flexible and easy to collaborate among users.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The application allows free trial for the user. The application notify the user with a message at the screen. The tool is efficient for making presentations. The customer service is very effective. It offers a friendly user interface providing secure data. The instant messages is another feature that is included for the ease of users’.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The connectivity issue occurs which is disappointing for the user. The quality of video during webinars gets low. It does not provide the option of premium consultation. Webinar prices are considerably higher for the person who is looking to start a new venture. The application is not continually up grading itself.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The option of downloads is provided to the clients. The application caters the need of user’s online meeting and communication. It is compatible to different software’s which makes it easy for the user to access.

What differentiates Zoho Meeting from other similar products?

Overall, really simple to utilize including both our staff and most significantly our clients. This is particularly essential during sales conversations since it is the first view our prospective customers have about us.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

We utilize Zoho Bookings for our outside planning tool in particular. That's where our prospective and existing customers come to set up appointments with the staff. There really are natural and simple interfaces of Zoho Bookings with Zoho Meeting, making it convenient for the organization.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Although Zoho Meeting is an effective software for meeting yet, the network is shaky, and the user interface is unpleasant. Sessions and conferences do not have enough HD video functionality. While utilizing this service for a single video call, there really is no customer or session management.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It works best when combined with some other Zoho Services that interconnect with this. I'm not sure how it works with other scheduling platforms because we utilize all Zoho services. It's also convenient to start short private conferences using Zoho Cliq, Mail, and other applications.

Schedule a webinar is super easy with a step by step go through. The custom messages and reminders are very helpful.

What do you dislike most about this product?

As moderator in some cases the list of participants disappears, refreshing the list it appears again.
