Zoho Meeting is easy to use and comes in handly with rich features. Its ability to handle a large number of participants makes it an excellent meeting solution for large organizations. It is reasonably priced and works great on all devices like PC, laptops. tablets, and smartphones. It simplifies joining meetings with just a click of a button. It offers greater usability withs its intuitive user interface. It works well with other products like Zoho. Screen sharing is effortless and seems to provide smoother meetings compared to other similar products.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Zoho Meeting is an easy-to-use tool that enables us to meet with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders in a fast and efficient way. Holding meetings with Zoho Meeting is now a regular thing for our company,. Thanks to the rich features it offers, like HD video and audio, quick invitations sharing of screens, recordings, creating calendars, reminders have made our meeting more efficient. Another unique thing we find in Zoho Meeting is that users don't need to download the appl to join the meeting just by a click of an invitation link they are able to join. Its ease of use and collaboration also makes it stand out from its competitors.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Since it requires a strong internet connection it does not support or work well in very remote areas.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I recommend Zoho Meeting because it helps in holding meetings and saves the cost of traveling. Greatly supports remote work and goes without saying that its communication problems have been solved with this product. It is easy to use and satisfies all our communication and collaboration needs of organizations. Its affordability makes it worth implementing it and ROI is higher in a short time.

What differentiates Zoho Meeting from other similar products?
Zoho Meeting provides its users with the best video and audio quality for all the virtual video conferences. Even in times of Covid it has never let us down and we can easily communicate with one another using this tool and apart from that, it is a complete blend of perfect feature sets that is very necessary to conduct a successful conference. and in my opinion, this is what makes it the most suitable tool for us. and this is what makes it unique from others.

The quality of Audio and video. Ease of Use. Customization it offers to its users. whiteboard. Messaging
What do you dislike most about this product?
Its cost is something we don't like at all .
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If someone is facing difficulty in conducting the meeting and is tired of having tools with low quality of audio and video along with a poor feature set then they should go for Zoho as it is a complete blend of perfectionism and ease of use.
