What differentiates Zoho People from other similar products?

All the services provided by Zoho are truly delightful and useful, including leave tracker, time tracker, attendance management, performance monitoring, file management, organization details, compensation tracking, announcements, HR letters, and more. These features set it apart and make it distinct from other software options

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The standout feature is the automatic emails for any new announcements – users receive emails instantly, ensuring timely communication.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I loved it, Not found out anything to dislike yet.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Highly recommended, it's truly awesome!

Zoho set itself apart from other products through a combination of integration, customisation, and comprehensive functionality.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

If I had to pick a favourite aspect, it would be its deep Integration and customisation capabilities.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Its mobile application is really buggy and sometimes the check-in/check-out process is slow.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Invest your time in customisation so that the system aligns perfectly with your organization's HR practices.
