What differentiates Zoho People from other similar products?

It is solving the major issue of employee management. As an employee of OneDigital Entertainment, I use this App on a daily basis for Attendance, Tracking my project, and Applying for Leave. It benefits me and my company in a way where we are getting tons of features for management.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

There are a couple of good things to say about Zoho People: (1) Firstly, as a Frontend Developer I really loved the UI of the Zoho People App and Website. (2) It has a lot of interesting features like Attendance, Time Tracker, Performance Tracker, Project Time Tracker, and much more. (3) I loved their Check-in and Checkout Feature as in my company I use their App daily to Check in and check out from the office.

What do you dislike most about this product?

As far as I have used Zoho People I haven't found any issues or anything to dislike but the one feature which is missing in their App is Check in and Check out a reminder as I have set an alarm in my smart watch to remind me to check in and check out. I will be happy if they add this feature to their app otherwise I am a satisfied user of Zoho People.

I will recommend Zoho People to everyone who is looking for the best management software which is having tons of useful features.

They can review their timesheet and update them as necessary. Employees can verify their monthly taxes and disclose their investment documentation using the employee self-service system. It assists a company in effectively managing workers about attendance, leaves, check-in and out times, and more. Its mobile app opens quickly as well. Zoho Personnel is a streamlined, user-friendly application for managing people.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It gives the user insightful information to help them comprehend even more. The performance gap is simple to spot and aids in raising the KRA. I like its easy-to-use and straightforward graphical user interface, allowing you to monitor your attendance, apply for leaves, and approve leaves for your direct reports. If you have any, create their objectives, assess their performance, and provide feedback using Zoho People.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Although it is effective in every way, unlike other platforms, it lacks payroll and reference features. There are numerous features, and occasionally I'm unsure how to use some of the more recent ones. The ability to copy timesheet data to the timesheet should be an option—integration with several internal tools and the interface. A lot of time is required for this system to be adopted by the workforce.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The workflow is well-organized and doesn't result in sluggish performance. Real-time data tracking is another tool we may utilize to create reports and assess our performance. The product's many functions can be fully utilized if used and understood correctly. Any novice who begins working with Zoho People will find it simple to use and won't require additional assistance as they explore the program. Any concerns can be discussed with the staff.
