What differentiates Zoho Social from other similar products?
To date, I have found Zoho Social to be the most effective social media scheduling tool I have utilized. Putting up content on Instagram is possible. It has streamlined reporting for my customers and specializes in managing my brands. Such a bargain! The bundle may be tailored to my specific news and scaled down as necessary. The app and minimalistic layout are both highly functional. But what I like best is that they are always striving to make it even better, and I've seen firsthand the changes they've done.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
With Zoho Social, you can easily manage all of your profiles in one convenient location. As a Digital Marketer, I've experimented with every available platform, including the 'big brands' that charge more and have less features. Comparatively, competing platforms' user interfaces feel antiquated and cumbersome, but I really like Zoho Social's sleek design and intuitive navigation. The capabilities of Zoho Social surpass my expectations. It's also the only social media management platform I've seen that gives me access to Google My Business, which I consider to be a foundational channel.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The restrictions on the free plan are annoying. I have utilized the free version of this service to promote my company by disseminating flyers and other promotional materials online. With the free plan, there is no dashboard where you can view your posts after they have been published. There is no analytics tool available for usage on the free plan. Prices are rather pricey considering the available options. As compared to its rivals, which often provide various brands and more channels, the regular plan's lone brand restriction is a major drawback.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Zoho Social's scheduling, writing, approval, and publishing procedures are particularly useful in a team setting where input from various stakeholders is required before a decision can be made, and these tools and capabilities are accessible via the mobile and online apps. Having the option to associate users with certain brands is also helpful for implementing granular control over access and permissions.

The majority of businesses looking to manage their social media accounts should consider using Zoho Social, which is still a very effective social media management tool. How committed you are to social media and whether you require the more sophisticated features that a program like Sprout Social offers will determine whether Zoho Social is the right choice for your company. However, Zoho Social is a program you should definitely look into if you're just looking for something straightforward and useful to manage your social media accounts. the saving of time through the simultaneous publication of posts on all channels.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
By using Zoho social, one can avoid having to log in to numerous networks. By multiposting, one can quickly achieve a consistent brand image across all channels. The ability to plan and play the post on time is provided by the calendar. We've saved a ton of time by using Zoho Social to create and plan our contributions. The layout makes sense, and finding what you're looking for is simple. The entire analysis is ideal for channel evaluation. The mobile app also runs without a hitch. For us as a business, choosing Zoho Social was influenced by its easy integration with other Zoho software. I consider Zoho Social to be a very effective tool.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The pricing structure is only available as a monthly recurring charge, as it is with almost all online tools right now. Additionally, the pricey Agency Account must be funded in order to use all of its features. The only available language for the help pages is English. Unfortunately, integrating chatbots was not possible in the past; this would be a feature that is highly desirable going forward. Hootsuite's design is a little more appealing to me, but that is purely subjective. The lack of some cutting-edge features found on other platforms may be a drawback of Zoho Social.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
However, a more specialized platform like Buffer or Sprout Social would offer more cutting-edge features than Zoho Social does. You cannot, for instance, track particular users or create your own hashtags. Although it might not be as feature-rich as other platforms on the market, Zoho Social is still a great option for managing social media accounts.For those who want to plan and manage their social media posts, Zoho Social is a wonderful tool. It is user-friendly and has efficient processes that make it possible to manage all social media activities from a single location. The creation of posts, the comprehensive mediathek.
