What differentiates Zoho Social from other similar products?

We were hoping for a tool that would allow us to publish straight to Instagram, and this would be perfect. As team members may schedule their own updates, there is no need for someone to be "sitting on watch" with the mobile app at all times. Zoho Social's internal team communication and discussion features facilitate instant, one-on-one conversations amongst team members in response to specific posts. Schedules and discussions about drafts may be place in one convenient location.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

In general, I've been pleased with how Zoho works. This is a simplified, easy-to-navigate, well-written, and informative experience. In my opinion, it's a fantastic choice for those who need to maintain many social media identities and are responsible for their upkeep.

What do you dislike most about this product?

More social media platforms should be supported, as this is the key area for development in this program. It already integrates with the majority of popular platforms, but with the proliferation of social media sites, I think it would be a good idea to broaden support to include other channels.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

To keep your social media plans on track and your material organized across several brands, Zoho Social is an excellent choice for small businesses. The time required to become proficient with Zoho Social is minimal. Setting up our profiles and getting started with content scheduling was a breeze. There is a lot of thought put into making the interface simple and straightforward.

What differentiates Zoho Social from other similar products?

I believe that Zoho Social makes social media management extremely easy for small to medium-sized brands and online businesses. I have been using their platforms for over a year and haven't had any complaints about their services or support team.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It's super easy to connect all my social channels and post like crazy. Zoho gives you really granular analytics like which individuals engaged with your posts. This allows me to identify who is consistently engaging with the brand and who may be a good lead.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Not sure that there is anything I dislike about Zoho at the moment. I do not have any complaints or have had any troubles even.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I completely recommend Zoho because it really eases up the stress about posting ads and gives you the freedom to do other work while they post all your social media for you.

What differentiates Zoho Social from other similar products?

Zoho social successfully automates the series of activity between social media monitoring , publishing and reporting . Leading to an augmented team workflow approach to social media management, whereby it is easy to measure performance of my teams social media strategy.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Zoho social greatly excels when it comes to automating the process of generating or scheduling bulk content postings across social media platforms.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Social listening is an area where Zoho social just does not do enough ,especially if compared with standard social listening software solutions. Zoho social appears to attempt to do too much and this is the reason for its weakness in this area.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

intuitive social media management solution , which takes care of the basics of social media management. Although , it does not provide over the top features, it does a good job nevertheless.
