What differentiates Zoho Social from other similar products?
I believe that Zoho Social makes social media management extremely easy for small to medium-sized brands and online businesses. I have been using their platforms for over a year and haven't had any complaints about their services or support team.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It's super easy to connect all my social channels and post like crazy. Zoho gives you really granular analytics like which individuals engaged with your posts. This allows me to identify who is consistently engaging with the brand and who may be a good lead.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Not sure that there is anything I dislike about Zoho at the moment. I do not have any complaints or have had any troubles even.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I completely recommend Zoho because it really eases up the stress about posting ads and gives you the freedom to do other work while they post all your social media for you.

What differentiates Zoho Social from other similar products?
Zoho social successfully automates the series of activity between social media monitoring , publishing and reporting . Leading to an augmented team workflow approach to social media management, whereby it is easy to measure performance of my teams social media strategy.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Zoho social greatly excels when it comes to automating the process of generating or scheduling bulk content postings across social media platforms.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Social listening is an area where Zoho social just does not do enough ,especially if compared with standard social listening software solutions. Zoho social appears to attempt to do too much and this is the reason for its weakness in this area.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
intuitive social media management solution , which takes care of the basics of social media management. Although , it does not provide over the top features, it does a good job nevertheless.

What differentiates Zoho Social from other similar products?
We are using zoo social to keep up to date all the management of our social networks and attend quickly and proactively to all our followers and customers of the different networks we run. It is a very easy to use tool, with very useful features, that allows us to schedule posts, reply to comments, follow mentions and the best are its metrics and analytics that help us to improve our interaction with each post.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The program generates a series of reports, metrics and accurate data, which allows us to know the performance of our social networks and the best strategies to grow and increase interaction with our audience. It also allows us to manage several social networks in the same panel, allowing us to better monitor and supervise. Publishing and scheduling the publications of the different social networks is very simple, in a user-friendly interface.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The cost can be high, especially for small businesses just starting out, but the program has key tools to improve, making it worth the investment. I would also like to see the ability to publish stories and reels and for them to have the same options as in the apps. And when they integrate tiktok into their list of networks to manage, it will be the perfect tool.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
For our e-commerce store, I can easily schedule the same post on Facebook and Instagram in minutes. Before scheduling the release, I can adjust the release for two different platforms. For example, when tagging hashtags, I can write them and tag them differently on their respective platforms to ensure they display correctly when they are posted. For Instagram posts, I can add a completely different set of hashtags.
