What differentiates Zoho Social from other similar products?
We are using zoo social to keep up to date all the management of our social networks and attend quickly and proactively to all our followers and customers of the different networks we run. It is a very easy to use tool, with very useful features, that allows us to schedule posts, reply to comments, follow mentions and the best are its metrics and analytics that help us to improve our interaction with each post.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The program generates a series of reports, metrics and accurate data, which allows us to know the performance of our social networks and the best strategies to grow and increase interaction with our audience. It also allows us to manage several social networks in the same panel, allowing us to better monitor and supervise. Publishing and scheduling the publications of the different social networks is very simple, in a user-friendly interface.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The cost can be high, especially for small businesses just starting out, but the program has key tools to improve, making it worth the investment. I would also like to see the ability to publish stories and reels and for them to have the same options as in the apps. And when they integrate tiktok into their list of networks to manage, it will be the perfect tool.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
For our e-commerce store, I can easily schedule the same post on Facebook and Instagram in minutes. Before scheduling the release, I can adjust the release for two different platforms. For example, when tagging hashtags, I can write them and tag them differently on their respective platforms to ensure they display correctly when they are posted. For Instagram posts, I can add a completely different set of hashtags.

What differentiates Zoho Social from other similar products?
Its advanced features, user-friendliness, and support set it apart from competing programs.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It's fantastic that it's integrated with pretty much every other Zoho platform, but setting things up may be a real pain in the neck if you don't have a lot of time. But once you get everything set up the way you like it, it works well. It's assisting us in communicating with our consumers, which is, ultimately, the most crucial aspect of our business.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It's difficult to get in touch with a human somebody at Zoho, and the support isn't there when you need it. Again, the lengthy setup process means that it is not the most convenient option for sending out email campaigns.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
In addition to being simple to use, the software's seamless integration with several other programs is another reason I've come to highly recommend it.

Zoho social is a very simple software to use. Managing content across various social media platforms is pretty straighforward. Also, it is pretty impressive that we can even manage some assets in zoho social
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like the fact that we can schedule posts to go out at specific times. Also, we can easily manage multiple accounts under a single zoho social license which I like very much
What do you dislike most about this product?
All the features are very good in Zoho social and I do not have any dislike with it
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Zoho social make your work super efficient and it is a must for marketing teams. I would surely recommend this.
