Great social automation tool with Zoho.

What differentiates Zoho Social from other similar products?
Posting to multiple social media platforms at once saves time and money, and as a result, we've seen an increase in visitors. Our leads are contacted. We'll have an easier time working together now that Bulk posting to numerous social media networks at pre-selected times is a snap with Social Solver. Allows you to finish the queue more quickly. Overall, it's saving me about 1-2 hours a week.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
For me, the biggest drawback of Zoho Social is that I can only publish to my personal Facebook page, and I'd like to be able to post to my personal feed as well as schedule posts across other channels because I started with a large number of personal social followers on Facebook. The sample csv was really easy to use, and it saves a great deal of time when it comes to managing social media campaigns.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The higher tiers of Zoho Social may seem a little overpriced, given that they're simply a more convenient method of accessing information that you might find on your own. Even worse, I'd always get either one of two stories from their IT department: Possibly a more streamlined method of switching between several applications.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I believe Zoho is an excellent tool for small businesses like ours, which specializes on B2B transactions. for branding purposes and to create and maintain close relationships with our IT and legal/training management departments, we use social media.

What differentiates Zoho Social from other similar products?
it differs from other programs in its price. it is very low.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Zoho Social is an excellent tool to manage all your social network accounts. This tool may be used to plan and schedule postings. You may use it with Facebook and Instagram. Everything is there. With different brands, scheduling is simple and time-saving. It is also incredibly user-friendly and straightforward to learn. Also, the customer care is quick to answer and assist. Another feature we value as an agency is the tool's interaction with Dropbox. I have my stuff ready in Dropbox and it is really simple to download it with only a click.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I can't think of anything negative to say about the service, and when anything goes wrong, the support personnel responds fast. Even if additional post templates may be made available, this isn't a major problem. With this tool, you'll get the best of both worlds:
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
To plan social media material, utilize it if you are looking for a low-cost, easy-to-use platform.

What differentiates Zoho Social from other similar products?
the program is a little more expensive than others.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
New users will have no trouble getting up to speed with this tool's user-friendly and dynamic UI. It's one of the greatest ways to organize and schedule your social media posts in advance. It's a well-designed and easy-to-use application.
What do you dislike most about this product?
When I've had questions about the tool's features and settings, technical assistance has been slow to answer. This causes delays in my work and wastes a lot of time. The tool's free version is limited, therefore it tends to be a little pricey once that version expires.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
In order to improve performance and achieve goals, every organization should look into tools and resources that help and strengthen the growth of your company. This is why I recommend Zoho Social without hesitation, because it is a tool that works in the marketing part and its impact on social networks.
