Your posts are never neglected by someone. Its dashboard feature keeps flipping out you in real-time and knows what you want.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It does not work properly with twitter; there are so many slowdowns in updating twitter posts. Pinter est has not been integrated yet. Not all the important tools are integrated right now in the same paid plan.

Zoho Social is a complete and absolute social media marketing and networking platform. We can have helpful analytics and reports of our daily activities right after in our hands. We can schedule posts and launch them at different time zones for our international customers. We can handle all of our social media platforms in one go and the best part is that this one comes with a free trial so if you have never used a marketing platform before or even if you did, you will get full insight of how heavenly it is!

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

A social media marketing platform that helps us manage our brands engagement and social media activities like no other. We can engage, coordinate and create content in a timely and well planned manner. I work in the eCommerce department of a clothing brand and my main job duty is handling social media. We used to handle our social media without any platform but now that we have switched to Zoho Social it couldn’t be better!

What do you dislike most about this product?

Well, I very much like this one and since it has been a part of our department we are living an easy and reliable job life at the office. There is one thing that bothers us the most and it is INTEGRATION. Zoho Social is a platform by Zoho and it integrates well with Zoho only, for other platforms it is so hard.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This is a great platform to work on. The price is very much reasonable as compared to big giants who charge way more and offer the same features more or less. The best thing is that this one is available in more than 4 languages to cater your international clientele in a very professional manner.

What differentiates Zoho Social from other similar products?

We can have multiple conversations with our staff, and now we have established a company's brand with our clients so that we all can interact and hold business events. Moreover, discussions can still be conducted, and participants can engage as if they were in the real world. The project's greatest strength is its ease of use, as it needs very little technical help when meetings begin.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

What I enjoy best regarding the programme is that it allows customers to conduct various types of meetings virtually at a lesser cost than their rivals. The programme may be viewed through a browser without the requirement to install any software. It is indeed user-friendly as contrasted to others because it is quite simple and can be employed without much technical support.

What do you dislike most about this product?

What I detest about the software is that this is a bit more difficult regarding internet connectivity, which means that we could encounter some disturbances if our connectivity isn't up to standard.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

We propose using it if you absolutely need to interact with your coworkers, also, I would suggest other zoho applications.
