What differentiates Zoho Social from other similar products?
zoho social connects different social media platforms therefore you can publish information different platform at the same time.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I found users interface easy to use and its calendar which makes planning easy. scheduling post is very easy and posts are immediately posted when the schedules time reaches.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The limitations in tagging on some platforms and there is inability of uploading and photos.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
zoho social connects to all social channels for easy management of post.

What differentiates Zoho Social from other similar products?
Zoho Social has helped us with the improvement of so many abilities that we already had but we were not exploiting to its full potential, and it saves so much energy from our team by allowing us to schedule posts and use SmartQ suggestions to let us know when it's the right time to post in different platforms, this helps us keep a relevant online presence without having to constantly check these platforms. Additionally, I think that its automation tools have helped us with having a smoother collaboration system and in general improved communication skills since we can all do our tasks within the platform.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like that with Zoho Social, it's easy to manage a huge variety of social media websites, such as LinkedIn, X, Instagram, and more, in just one single place, helping streamline the process of publishing in social media. The amount of time it saves makes a great difference, and it allows me to schedule posts ahead in different platforms. I also like that it has integrations with other Zoho tools, which makes it easier to tie the engagement with leads, and the ability to monitor different trends in the platform, as well as the activity and trends that the competitors are following, helps with staying up to date in this competitive space.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I think that there are some limitations to Zoho Social that I believe are relevant, first of all, the integrations are not extensive outside of the Zoho Cloud, I wish that there were some more external integrations because some of the tools we use aren't available to integrate. Additionally, I regularly use the mobile app, and I have found that it lacks a lot of features that are available in the desktop version, this makes it harder to work on the go, because managing and keeping track of the posts is more complex this way.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would advise new users to, firstly, take advantage of the free tools to explore what Zoho Social has to offer and see if they fit what your organization needs. I would also recommend that you also take advantage of the other Zoho tools because if you start using them from the start, it can become easier to streamline the sales engagement process. Customization is also a key part of the process, because if you do this from the beginning, it will help you get better results and insights than if you just stick to the default options.
