Zoho Social is a robust and flexible solution for the effective management of our social media marketing. It makes it possible to maximize the reach of marketing by accessing a larger number of potential customers. It allows us to improve the performance of our campaigns with a fluid management of the entire advertising process on social networks. It contributes less to saving time, allows you to develop an organized marketing of social networks and generates efficient collaborative work.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It's easy to use and setting up post scheduling is pretty intuitive. It is very simple and fast to respond to publications, without wasting time. It's easy to create a stream of scheduled posts and add a new post at any time. Have a nice calendar view that helps you plan more effectively. Improve collaborative work with the possibility that the whole team can observe the programming of publications. It makes it easy to monitor different social media accounts.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It is necessary to consider its cost for implementation. I also find that its built-in media library has a lot of room for improvement.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
This platform offers a set of valuable tools for the optimal management and monitoring of social media marketing. I recommend its implementation.
