What differentiates Zoho Social from other similar products?
Zoho social is simple to use and implement; it is intuitive; it helps in the efficient, fast and centralized management of social media platforms; its planning and analysis tools are quite accurate; it is less expensive than other solutions on the market; and its customer service is very responsive.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Its ease of use, administration and deployment, its ability to integrate with other tools and applications, its user-friendly interface, its excellent social listening tools, its customization options and its encouragement of team collaboration are features I appreciate. In addition, it saves time and effort when it comes to scheduling publications and, in the process, significantly improves the results and agility of business processes, while adding value to our brand and effectively driving revenue growth.
What do you dislike most about this product?
On numerous occasions we have had specific difficulties posting on Twitter. For example, it is difficult to resize photos and videos, and I think the tagging of people should be more flexible.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It is an excellent tool for managing and monitoring social networks from a single location. It serves as a high-speed and effective channel of communication between businesses and consumers. It is relatively inexpensive compared to other products on the market that lack the capabilities offered by Zoho.
