What differentiates Zoho Social from other similar products?
On several occasions we focus on the new products of our company finalizing details for its presentation to the public and we lose focus on publishing it in our social networks, here Zoho Social comes into play thanks to the possibility of scheduling publications in different social networks facilitates the work, on the other hand the trend analysis reports give us a fairly clear measure of the response and the reception of the public.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Something really cool and that has been very useful for us are the deep trend reports of the multiple social networks to which I can connect and publish the right content in each of them, this for decision making is just fantastic.
What do you dislike most about this product?
For the moment I have no negative points of the product, and the doubts that we have had Zoho Support has solved all our concerns.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It is very useful to know the trends and tastes of customers and with the rise of social networks and a powerful platform can be achieved, Zoho Social has the ability to analyze tastes, trends, most used and searched phrases and translate them into intuitive reports to make immediate organizational decisions.

What differentiates Zoho Social from other similar products?
Zoho Social strengths is its integration with Zoho products. It is build with features that are powerful and meets all our social needs. It has a clean and organized interface. Furthermore, it is simple to use and cost effective social media management tool. It has tons of features and functionality that fits well to our workflows.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Setting up Zoho Social is fast. It is simple to use and i love the ease of navigation. On one single screen, it is easier to schedule posts, which saves time for us. The reporting tool has enabled us to gain the key metrics to how our bran is performing online. It has given us insights of what our audience love, their location and what they think about our brand. It has joined together all our social media platforms together, and we can post content at the same time and monitor hem one an intuitive dashboard.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The mobile application is not as intuitive as expected.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I recommend Zoho Social to companies looking to improve their brand performance and increase their online presence. It is easy to use, secure and reliable with all the features you need to manage your social media accounts.

What differentiates Zoho Social from other similar products?
Unlike other similar products, Zoho Social has most of the company teams included such as the publishing, typesetting and monitoring. As a result, everyone can see the flow of work within a department or company. Another aspect that differentiates Zoho Social from competitors is the fact that it has a calendar view as well as tagging feature where one can tag a specific person.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My favorite aspect of Zoho Social is its tagging feature. One can tag those whom they want to give a specific information. Also, the hashtag feature allows concerned teams to contribute to an issue that concerns them.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I don have anything against Zoho Social. So far it has served me well.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would recommend people dealing with teams or a large group of employees to try Zoho Social as it saves time in matters collaboration, customer engagement and reporting.
