What differentiates Zoho Survey from other similar products?

Offline survey capability. Maybe I should say a lot of modern marketing professionals and teams overlook offline surveys but my company does not. Zoho's ability to allow us share surveys on offline channels, has helped our surveys gain more engagement.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Zoho Survey boasts a collection of advanced reporting, which i am yet to encounter on another survey creation platform. Asides real-time data update and reporting , Zoho survey provides a highly effective survey filtering feature , trend analysis, cross tab analysis, and a dynamic multi-format data export capability, which allows us export survey data into standard visualization platforms.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Zoho surveys is just not intuitive enough for us. While it is good enough for customers to navigate our surveys , limitations like slow survey page loading time can have major negative impacts on survey participation.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

There are the obvious limitations about third party integration and an average user interface experience. But beyond these limitations, Zoho survey provides unique tools that can still make survey campaigns to be very effective.

Zoho is not just a survey software, it also helps in marketing. I highly recommend it if you need to improve your business through meaningful interactions.
