There is no direct integration with Email functions and other CRM, You need a third party

Incredible survey instrument, straightforward and clear. Would suggest it for all clients. However, you might need third party applications for your CRM integration

What differentiates Zoho Survey from other similar products?

This software is helping me a lot by collecting data from my candidates and clients. Using that data, we analyze the success and failures of our recruitment process. After researching, we work and improve our bad areas to make our business more effective. Overall, the performance and efficiency got increased after using the Zoho Survey. It is one of the fantastic tools available in the market.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The user interface is exciting and attractive. The best thing is that it allows us to invite many participants to take surveys. It offers impressive survey templates to make creative and engaging surveys. Also, the UI is simple and easy to operate. It integrates with other Zoho Tools and syncs data over the cloud. The data gathered by the surveys is secure within its servers.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It needs integration increased with other external software too like Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, etc. Some more analytics regarding the data gathered need to be introduced to make it more appealing.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

One of the best tools for survey and data or information collection. A must-try and recommended tool from my side.
