Great and simple tool

What differentiates Zoho Survey from other similar products?
We needed it mainly to collect responses from our external customers and to have an anonymous and unconstrained feedback of the quality of service we were providing. It allowed us to have an area where we have all the feedback from different campaigns and it allows us to analyze them more deeply, it allowed us to determine the points of failure or dissatisfaction so we can focus on them and improve our quality of service.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It is very easy to use and allows the survey creator to check everything from the main page. The modules are quite flexible with a wide choice of customization, we were able to use it to create satisfaction surveys and poll our customers but we were also able to use it in a roundabout way to create forms for our technicians with a checklist to follow and fill in when deploying the machines, with this system we were able to collect all the information in a centralized way and see a global follow-up.
What do you dislike most about this product?
No particular bugs, it works pretty well and does the job of collecting the surveys and expected responses.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Just try the solution and make your opinion, it helped us to improve our quality of service by identifying our defects. And if you already have solutions in the zoho eco system, no reason not to try!

What differentiates Zoho Survey from other similar products?
It is a very intuitive and convenient tool. There are already built-in templates to create votes very easily, and you can add audio, video or images. The reporting system isn't the most complete, but it does the job.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like its user interface, easy to navigate and take polls on it. It provides various survey templates according to different purposes like educational, marketing, event or business survey etc. I love these templates, it helps us to complete a professional survey in minutes.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Zoho surveys are a lengthy process overall as they sometimes don't account for real-time crashes, bugs, or complaints, and take time to get to the right people.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I recommend this tool to all companies and individuals looking to conduct professional surveys with more custom fields.

What differentiates Zoho Survey from other similar products?
They have a comprehensive collection of pre-built templates for almost every situation where you want to float surveys. Also, you can integrate it with Zoho CRM & Google sheets etc. The channels through which you can collect are exhaustive, including offline.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
You can write your survey in one language and the in-built tool will translate it into the preferred language basis your target audience and there are some 30+ languages form you can choose.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Nothing as such but as you migrate from free to premium version, you have a pay a pretty sum but given the list of features, that's is okay for an enterprise setup.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you are looking for a good survey tool which is intuitive to set up and offers ample templates and choices, you can go for it.
