What differentiates Zoho Survey from other similar products?
Zoho Survey is designed in a way variety of devices from tablets and smart phones can work well with the app. Also, the online based presence for the application gives it a mileage.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Zoho Survey collection of 2from the source is something which is given entire focus, ensuring only accurate evidence information ends up on our company. Also, Zoho Survey takes seriously all the stakeholders in collection of data. Lastly, Zoho Survey has mechanism for analyzing any content to issue reports.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Zoho Survey could take a while to work on Android devices, which was seen and rectified by the technical team. We now work with Zoho Survey successfully.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
The sole reason of collecting data in terms of a survey is to get information which is accurate and helpful. Zoho Survey gives us the updated information from the interviewed groups.
