What differentiates Zoho Survey from other similar products?

-Free trial version is provided (Pro plans start from $20). -BI Analytics tab shows a complete analysis of the published surveys with accuracy. -Leaders have access to the administrator dashboards, where they may examine a summary of all of the organization's surveys and BI analytics. -New Survey workflow supports everything ranging from a drop-down to a sliding scale, this helps us in creating attractive survey forms.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Zoho Survey provides a variety of templates under various categories.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Zero customization available in the free version. Longer workflows result in validation errors that are difficult to narrow down.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Our financial firm requires constant customer feedback in form of entry-forms or surveys, Zoho Survey helps us in creating effective & appealing surveys which are fun. This eventually helps us in tracking customer feedback and planning future path.

The security it provides for information management, ease of use and implementation.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Ease of use, Zoho Survey is designed and focused so that anyone can use it regardless of their technological knowledge.

What do you dislike most about this product?

So far I have not faced any glitch or inconvenience while using Zoho Survey so there is nothing that at the moment can cause me displeasure, Zoho Survey satisfies all my needs.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Really Zoho Survey is an excellent product to create surveys and collect information effectively, is at the height of other major competitors in the market, provides all the confidence and security for the management of information, favors and encourages team collaboration, is extremely easy to use and implement, integrates seamlessly with other native tools of the zoho suite and third parties, really worth using.
