I really love about Zoho Survey is how easily it connects with other Zoho apps and even tools outside of Zoho. This makes a huge difference! For example, I can take the survey responses and automatically link them to my CRM, so I get a complete view of each customer without any extra work. It’s also super easy to connect survey data to email marketing tools, so I can quickly send personalized follow-up emails based on how people responded. What do you dislike most about this product?

The mobile experience for making and analyzing surveys could be better. While it's simple for people to take surveys on their phones, managing them from a phone or tablet isn’t as easy or smooth as it should be.
