What differentiates Zoho Survey from other similar products?
Incorporate game elements to make surveys more interactive and attractive for users. Add capabilities to send automatic reminders to respondents who have not completed the survey. Provide more robust options for data export, including direct integration with data analysis tools. Allow multiple users to collaborate in real time in creating surveys.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Provides analysis and reporting tools that allow users to obtain valuable information from their surveys. Surveys are responsive and can be completed from mobile devices, which helps increase response rates. Allows you to distribute surveys through email, social networks and direct links, which facilitates their dissemination.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The free version has restrictions on the number of questions and answers, which may limit its usefulness for large projects. Although the interface is user-friendly, some advanced features may require time to master. Although it offers support, it may not be as fast or effective as on other larger platforms. As it is an online tool, a constant Internet connection is required to access and submit surveys.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

All features of Zoho Survey have worked seamlessly.

The admin tab offers manipulate over business enterprise-wide surveys, including user permissions and BI Analytics, ensuring a centralized and efficient control experience.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My preferred function is how Zoho Survey allows us to manipulate survey campaigns resultseasily while retaining a professional and a laugh enjoy for respondents.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The loss of superior customization alternatives inside the loose version is a main hassle for customers who need more manage over survey design and capability.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
For corporations focused on consumer comments, Zoho Survey makes it smooth to gather, organize, and analyze responses for higher provider improvement.
