What differentiates Zoom Spaces from other similar products?

There are a variety of options for video chatting but Zoom Rooms has added an awesome feature that allows to break into smaller rooms and then get back together after if needed. Most other video meeting software just allows for the group to chat as a whole. Zoom Rooms has helped during small group meetings where we split up to complete an exercise in pairs and then got back together to discuss the exercise as a larger group.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Well, Zoom Rooms serves the need of splitting a larger groups into smaller groups/rooms for a more intimate experience. That is the main aspect and it works really well. The admin has the ability to put people in specific rooms or randomly send people to rooms. The admin can then join any room to talk with the specific people or close the rooms to bring everyone all back to one large meeting room. When a room closes, there is a countdown which makes it really nice to end the smaller room session. You don't just get cut off. You at least have a minute countdown which you can use the time or you can manually exit the room to join everyone else.

What do you dislike most about this product?

So far, there is nothing that I dislike about Zoom Rooms. It is a simple concept that works great and helps virtual groups feel a little more like real groups.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

As always with anything, try it out first before just trying it live. You don't want to have any hiccups or delays while on a live group call, so practice with rooms before having your live zoom call.

What differentiates Zoom Spaces from other similar products?

Mobile Support for both iOS and Android devices has help us to be able to connect with team members on the go, for those that are not within the reach of their PC, and I really like the How-Tos videos that guides on how to make use of the software.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Zoom Rooms' integrated videoconferencing, simple screen sharing, and secure file sharing capabilities encourage support session cooperation in our organization. With its integration of work-from-anywhere remote access, incredible IT support solutions, simple remote administration, and secure online meetings.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I'm highly satisfied with Zoom product offering, currently, there's no feature or support from the Customer Support team that I dislike but sometimes there are audio/video problems for some of our users with low internet speed.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

For any team that's looking for a way to connect with their team, schedule a digital meeting all around the world, Zoom is the number one tool I will recommend for its ease of use and support a lot of integration e.g with Calendly. This platform has streamlined our internal and external communications while also providing a realistic and consistent service across all use cases.

What differentiates Zoom Spaces from other similar products?

The "Zoom Rooms" are straightforward to set up.  I like how you can manage all zoom rooms from a single centralised panel. Lastly, I like how zoom rooms support wireless content sharing, screen sharing, and whiteboarding. Whiteboarding features on the iPad application are very smooth, and I enjoy it very much. The user interface is intuitive, and you may invite all types of attendees to the same conference. Integration with third-party applications is too much help to expedite the experience flawlessly. I integrated with Salesforce CRM, Slack MS Team, and Google calendar.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Zoom Rooms have a centralised management system to access everything from a single panel. Especially using the whiteboard experience is really great for me, which is often more functional than trying to leverage cloud-based whiteboard apps. ​Break-out rooms are very helpful for a small group of people. It uses AI through its Smart Gallery to create video streams of all the people in a Zoom Room meeting. The one who created the rooms has the ability to move between them to check how the different groups are progressing and finally can remove the rooms to merge everyone back into a single video call. Adding calendars from Google is accessible.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Zoom Rooms are working perfectly for me. At once, the internet connection went down. Unfortunately, I had to restart, which was a horrible experience for other participants. Not sure it can be fixed or not.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Zoom family have a strong reputation already in the market, this platform does not require any recommendation. From my end, just use it once then you would realise how cool this platform is?
