Awesome product, but a difficult learning curve

What differentiates Zoominfo OperationsOS from other similar products?

It does an excellent job of maintaining data cleanliness, integrity, and keeping it up to date. I personally haven't used any other products from competitors, but I believe RingLead is excellent.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I love the hourly tasks. It makes it so easy to keep all of our records clean, whether it be leads and contacts or accounts and opportunities.

What do you dislike most about this product?

My biggest complaint is that it is difficult to learn. It can be a bit confusing setting up tasks, and it's a pain when tasks conflict.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I'd definitely recommend RingLead for data integrity and cleanliness.

What differentiates Zoominfo OperationsOS from other similar products?

The deduplication rule set was very specific to fit our needs. From there we were able to implement a list import process that fit our territory assignments

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The list import functionality was great. I used it every day

What do you dislike most about this product?

The user interface looks old

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would recommend getting your team involved as early in the implementation process as possible. Ringlead's team did a great job setting up meetings and making sure we knew how to fit this tool into our use case.
