What differentiates ZoomInfo Sales from other similar products?

The accuracy of the data. Zoominfo has more direct dials, including cell phone numbers and desktop extensions, than any contact database on the market. Zoominfo also provides emails for almost all the contacts in its database and does a good job of checking/updating these contacts/emails regularly. I was surprised to discover that by publishing previous contact databases for Zoominfo, the company was paying the same, if not more, for databases half the size and little to no direct contact information.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

ZoomInfo has provided us with key elements to manage our customer data to make strategic marketing decisions and increase our sales. It provides us with detailed contact search options with a full description of contact information. Additionally, you can create B2B contact lists for sales and marketing campaigns and promotions. Today, it is a great option to identify and connect with customers and companies to increase the reach of our organizations. It has tools to create updated contact lists and prepares detailed reports based on the information collected that allows us to make decisions.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Customer service takes a long time. Your contact details are not always up to date, especially with Linkedin. No alert updates that companies are out of service. Not a very robust integration/synchronization with Linkedin. The enrichment function has been failing recently. The one thing about ZoomInfo that stands out to everyone is that its price is higher than usual.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

More deals closed for sales organizations. More efficiency for operations. More control for leadership. And more benefits for everyone. ZoomInfo offers solutions for all of your sales needs, including territory planning, lead scoring, sales prospecting, conducting targeted outreach, and more. ZoomInfo has you covered.

What differentiates ZoomInfo Sales from other similar products?

The data integration and breadth of the features make the entire tool easy to use and improves my sales process with new leads, warmer leads and intelligence into what organizations are looking at.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The search and export process to find new leads and uploading them to salesforce is my favorite part. It makes finding new leads a lot easier and easier to put in our cadences for calling and emailing.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It does not integrate well with Google sheets or excel. It mostly uses Numbers on the Mac. I also do not like the function of limiting credits when uploading leads as I have a limit per month.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is great. Make sure you allow all the functions like Chorus, Insights, 6sense all with Zoominfo. It is so effective and the best way to get current data of organizations.
