What differentiates ZoomInfo Sales from other similar products?
Zoominfo by far has the best data in regards to people. Business emails, business phone numbers, personal cell phone numbers, etc, it has always been the best source for this data. In particular when it comes to upper management. Their breadth of Accounts and Account data is top-notch as well. And if you need even more Account data you can engage their DaaS team (data as a service); they will provide you with tons more data not in the Zoominfo platform.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The cleanliness of the data is my favorite aspect of Zoominfo, but also the flexibility from an administration perspective. Its also a very intuitive tool to use from an end-user perspective.
What do you dislike most about this product?
There isn't much I dislike about the product. The only thing I'd like to see improved is in regards to "duplicate" Account / Contact / Lead creation. I'd like more flexibility in regard to the settings here. Aside from that, nothing else.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Ask for a demo, you'll love the tool.

What differentiates ZoomInfo Sales from other similar products?
Ease of pulling lists, minimal list clean up and data is usually accurate. The platform is also very easy to use. Just wish you could search by counties.

Unable to search by counties, difficult to pinpoint geographical area.

What differentiates ZoomInfo Sales from other similar products?
BY FAR they have the best integration with Salesforce, and the best Company and People data. They also have integrations with other tools like Outreach, so you can export people directly from Zoominfo to an Outreach sequence. We also love the Chrome Extension, it sits on top of Sales Navigator for example, and as we find great linkedin contacts, we can use the Chrome extension to get their contact information and push to Salesforce with ease.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It's so simple to use, very well built out, UI is clean, the administration is awesome, and the data is just the best. Hand down a must needed tool for anyone targeting enterprises.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I would love an easier way to import "duplicate" records. Today if you have Contact A in your CRM at Company A, in Zoominfo if that Contact changes companies Zoominfo updates their record, but we don't want it to update Contact A in our CRM-- we'd rather create a new Contact, Contact B, in our CRM. This is difficult to do with Zoominfo b/c even if we try to create as a new Contact we hit duplicate detection rules
